00 / Overview

The difference between owning a home and knowing your home.

Archive House documents a home's plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and framing before drywall closes, a visual Systems Map™ builders keep on file and homeowners use long after closing.

After rough-in. Before drywall. One scheduled visit.
01 The Product

A Systems Map™ for the home behind the walls.

The Archive House Systems Map™ is a visual walkthrough of a home's plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and framing — captured before drywall closes, preserved as a lasting visual reference for the home.

02 Builder Value

Stand apart with a clearer kind of homeowner experience.

Archive House gives builders a simple way to offer something buyers do not expect but immediately understand.

A Systems Map™ shows that the home was documented before the walls closed, giving the buyer a clearer connection to the home they now own. It helps your homes stand apart without changing how you build.

01

A cleaner homeowner handoff.

Give homeowners a professional, organized record of what's behind the walls, useful from closing day forward.

02

A simple site visit.

One scheduled capture before drywall. No interruption to the schedule.

03

A better story for your realtor.

Give listing agents and buyer agents something meaningful to talk about.

03 How It Works

Straightforward for the builder. Valuable for the homeowner.

One scheduled visit, one defined window, two clean handoffs. Designed to fit the rhythm of a build, not interrupt it.

Step 01 Schedule & Capture

One site visit, before the walls close.

After rough-in inspection and before drywall closes, while the systems are still visible. We work around your schedule, with no interruption to the build.

Step 02 Builder File

Builder record delivered within 72 hours.

Useful for internal records, future reference, and service-call context.

Step 03 Homeowner Handoff

Delivered to the buyer at or after closing.

Same visual record, homeowner-accessible. Hosted access plus an offline reference copy, subject to access terms. Available to future owners subject to access terms.

04 Why Now

Transparency is already expected everywhere else.

Homeowners are used to tracking deliveries, watching service videos, reviewing photos, and receiving digital records for nearly everything they buy.

But with the largest purchase of their life, the most important systems are often hidden from view. Archive House brings that same modern expectation into the new-home experience.

→ The state of play
The technology is here.
The expectation is coming.
The best builders can lead it.
05 Documentation, Not Inspection

Documentation, not inspection.

Archive House is designed as a visual documentation service. We capture visible construction-stage conditions at a specific point in time. We do not inspect, evaluate, certify, approve, verify, or warrant construction work.

Our role is simple: create and preserve a clear visual record for builder records and future homeowner reference.
